Christian Royal
Christian helped kickstart our pottery program. He is passionate about creating detailed pieces with tri-color palates. Christian loves to set up with his headphones and paint for hours. The physicality of clay and the meditative nature of detailed work combine to inform Christian's love of the craft.
Michelle Annibale
Michelle is a pottery crew member. She loves the community that clay creates. Michelle finds a lot of joy in the retail aspect of the Beyond Handcrafted social enterprise. Finding fulfillment in the process of selling work and engaging with our customers is one of Michelle's favorite parts of ceramics.
Whitney Parker
Whitney is meticulous at creating detailed glaze effects. One of her specialty pieces is our famous pineapple ornament. She is a perfectionist about filling the lines and placing the colors in the appropriate spaces. Whitney is our resident Dolly Parton lover, and always brings the music into the studio.
Westcott White
Westcott is one of our pottery assistants. He is a master at leading others in the studio and keeping the energy upbeat and focused. Westcott's specialty is dipping with clear glaze. Every piece needs its shiny topcoat, and Westcott is the master at making sure the final layer is perfect.
Lily Nutter
Lily is an artist at heart. She specializes in creating our ring dishes. She has mastered the process from rolling, to pressing. Lily also has a passion for design and often helps to create unique illustrations and patterns on our special collections.
