Become a Beyond BASIC Volunteer
As Beyond BASIC continues to grow so does our need for weekly volunteers! We can not continue to do the work we do without our AMAZING volunteers. Our urgent needs are for Social Nights, Lunch Buddies, Pottery, Workout Buddy, Birthday Sponsor, and Community Outreach volunteers.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
WHICH ONE CONNECTS WITH YOU?
SOCIAL NIGHTS
Assist with craft s, mela prep, or be a social butterfly. Social nights vary from paint nights to holiday dances. Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm.
LUNCH BUDDY
Come have lunch with us. Monday to Friday 11:30-12:30pm. We ask for a minimum of once a month.
POTTERY
Come help us in the pottery studio! Most probable on Wednesdays from 10am -noon.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
We hold events year round. From pottery pop-ups to yearly fundraisers. We need help with set up, break down, info table, and more.
SUMMER CAMP
In June we hold day camps for teens. We need help with completing daily activities. Camp is Wednesday through Friday 8am-2pm.
GARDENERS
Do you have a green thumb and love the quiet art of gardening? Then look no further! Help is needed with maintaining our garden beds. Monday through Fridays anytime from 9am-3pm.
RECREATION CLUB
Every Monday from 3:30-4:30pm we will dive into varied leisurely and recreational activities such as lawn games, bike riding, and board games.

WORK OUT BUDDY
We are members of the downtown Summerville YMCA. We exercise weekdays from 1-2pm.
LOYAL SPONSOR
We need small but mighty sponsors that can provide us with: birthday party sponsor, Netflix & or Disney+ account, BJ's/Costco membership, and more.
